Q- Where does Petjake Ship ?
We can ship and deliver all across the world.
Q- Where do you ship from ?
We ship from our partnered warehouses across the State. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different warehouse specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q- How long will it take for my items to arrive ?
It will usually take 7-20 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q- How long will it take to dispatch the order ?
Orders will normally be processed and dispatched within 5-8 days.
Q- How can I track my order ?
Once our warehouse team has picked your order and organised the dispatch you'll receive an automatic email from the freight provider . This email will contain your tracking link and tracking number.
Q- Some of my items have been damaged in transit, what do I do ?
We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. Replacements will be promptly arranged with Customer Care team.
Please note: If the damages are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, you will be liable for the replacement costs.
Q- Are you missing items in your order ?
If items are missing from your order, you will have 48 hours to notify us once all packages have been delivered. We will ensure any missing items are sent to you promptly. When your order is delivered, ensure you check the contents of each carton and tick off the items on your packing slip.
After 48 hours following delivery, replacement fees may be charged. If you have made payment and have not received a packing slip within two business days, please contact us so we can arrange for this to be sent to you.
Q- Where is your company located ?
Our headquarter is located in the UK.
Q- Where are your products made ?
Currently, we manufacture in China, choosing partners who share our values. This means prioritizing quality, employee safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.
Q- Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order ?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Q- How can I pay ?
We accept only Paypal.

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure and are SSL-encrypted to protect your data!
Q- Do you need to cancel your order ?
On receiving confirmation and payment for your order, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch. Once your order has been either partially or fully dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and our Returns/Change of Mind policies come into effect.
